What Summer Looks Like with Harriman

At Harriman, summer is intentional.

We don’t believe in “just keeping kids busy.” We create full-day experiences that balance academic support, enrichment, social development, and fun.
Through our Harriman 360 model, students will:

GROW
Hands-on enrichment in arts, STEM, movement, literacy, and creative expression.

THRIVE
Structured activities that support confidence, teamwork, emotional growth, and peer connection.

BUILD
Financial literacy exposure, leadership development, and real-world skill building woven into age-appropriate activities.
What Families Can Expect
-
Safe, supervised, and structured daily programming
-
Clear communication from site leadership
-
Engaging weekly themes and project-based activities
-
A balance of academic reinforcement and enrichment
-
Opportunities for students to build friendships and confidence
Summer should feel productive — but it should also feel joyful.

Why Harriman?
We are a community-rooted organization serving NYC families with care and consistency. Many of our students already know our team from the school year, which allows us to create a smooth transition into summer programming.

Our smaller, relationship-driven approach allows us to be responsive, present, and aligned with the culture of each school community.
